This page is, as any proper links page should be, under construction. There are no banners here because they take too long to load; all my banner-worthy causes are linked from other pages.

Want to link me? (Er, why?) Uh, not that I wouldn't appreciate it or nothin'... it would be really nifty if you could drop me a quick blurb letting me know you've linked me, though.

Webrings I belong to are here.

Oh, and I now have a banner. Use this if you like 'em; just make sure you save it to your computer, because I'm not sure if LeaMonde.net likes remote accessing of non-HTML files.

Pretty. ^_^

other sites maintained/co-maintained by me (aka: you have too much free time, Azusa)

Guardian Angels My other page, sort of. ^_^;; Well, I'm only a co-maintainer, and haven't put in nearly as much work on it as the owner, but nonetheless, it's probably the best source in English for finding Xenogears-related information (excluding FAQs and that code crap everyone but me seems to want).

The Official Solitude of Magic Homepage My other other page. ^^;;

assorted game/anime stuffles

informational pages

RPGamer Why am I putting this here? Everybody knows about this page. ^^;; Umm... well, I'm sticking it here anyway, just in case.

Xenogears Linking Works If the link isn't on my page, you'll probably find it here. ^^ it's... a link site, basically, aimed at being a comprehensive listing of both Japanese and English XG pages.

art/fanfiction/etc. pages

Dead Triangle Most people have probably heard of Queen Vera's page, but nonetheless, there's some really great art here, much of it in traditional (read: non-CG) mediums, which the world needs more of. ^^ She also maintains an archive of Xenogears fanfiction, though it hasn't been updated in a while...

Deus Ex Machina: The Xenogears Tale A Xenogears story-based RPG with sort of an interesting twist. There's a fanfic archive, as well. The maintainer was also spiffy enough to post some of my fics there. Me? Biased? Naaah...

The Xenogears MUCK A MUCK, if you don't know already, is basically a giant text-based roleplaying world.

friends' pages

Kurai Lyn is a good writer, no matter what she says about herself. Notable for having the one of the few Sailor Moon fanfics I've ever actually enjoyed, as well as Claris, the Anti-Mary-Sue. Go thou and read.

Mansion d'Esprit Homepage of Kati, the Amazing Amazon Weasel Girl. Doesn't everyone want to know at least one Amazon Weasel Girl? You know you do.

Mokushiroku Coffee Well, we don't know much about the End of the World, but we know that it has lovely coffee. Anyway, it's maintained by a few friends of mine (and some others I don't actually know), and has anime fanfiction and art, in addition to being random-insanity-full.

Mongoose Sez Despite all of his disclaimers on the front page, Mongoose is actually one of the more intelligent people I've had the privilege of knowing. I find his rants, especially about anime fans, to be highly entertaining. (NOTE: BAD CROSSWINDS. NO EAT MONGY'S PAGE AGAIN. GRRRRR. See, this is why I dumped you guys as a webhost.)

Moro Turkey's Noodle Stand She's a really, really, really good artist. So we're going to eat all the people like her when the Revolution comes. But until then, you can enjoy her art (fan and original), and adopt an evil Chocobo, because let's face it, we've all secretly wanted one at some point in our lives.

Perfect Zero Homepage of Rune Grey, co-maintainer at Guardian Angels, whose PAGE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. *poke poke* Not that it's bad that he finally has a page or anything, as the fanfics make clear.

The Random Flying Kingdom The personal homepage of Kieli Syline, containing flying kittens, kingdoms which defy gravity for no apparent reason, and the horror of Wai Wai Konami World, which must be seen to be believed. Oh, and she's also a Xenogears and Castlevania fan, which counts for bonus points.

The Seiken Densetsu 3 Sanctuary Okay, I will confess. I have never actually played SD3, either in Japanese or emulated form, for more than five minutes. However, Riesz has, and she knows practically everything that can humanly be known about it. Even if you're not interested in SD3, she has one of the best explanatory pages on SBing I've seen.

Shining Half Laura finally put her page back up! Yay! ^-^ Anyway, she does spiffy fanfiction and art, mostly anime- and game-related.

Sylvana From the makers of Soylent Green, it's Sylvana Blue! Actually, it's Amber Michelle's homepage, containing all of her fanfiction and artwork, as well as opinions and oddities. ^^ Those of you who know her as just "the fanfic editor at RPGamer" might be surprised.

The Way In Zakky's page, where lots of people are gratuitously insulted, but only the ones who deserve it. There are also weird signs, pictures of toilets, and the Random Fortune Cookie Generator to make of many funs for you.

Wonderland Chesh-tachi finally got their own site! Yay! Home to art, fanfiction, and roleplaying logs, and much general yumminess and fun/provoking thoughts for your perusal.

science/nerdy stuff

The Astrobiology Web An extremely thorough online guide to the hunt for life (or the possibility thereof) outside Earth and in extreme environments.

The Bad Astronomy Page This page is dedicated to refuting (rather humorously) some of the more common myths about all things astronomical.

Darwin Awards Well, this could technically have gone under Weird Stuff, but it does at least have some science behind it. It's a tribute to individuals who, through their own stupidity, have benefitted humanity by removing themselves from the gene pool.

The Nine Planets This site has just about... everything, really. Information on all nine planets, their moons, the mythology behind their names, their histories and discoveries, and tons of image links.

Science Made Stupid Basically, what the title says.

Terraserver Yeah, yeah, I know it's on Microsoft. Just pretend it isn't, and I'll change the link if I find something equivalent that isn't hosted by The Great Satan. Basically, it's a giant database of satellite photos from most of the U.S. See your house from space as viewed by nosy government officials!

U.S. Geological Survey The requisite link for all things geology-related.

University of California Museum of Paleontology This is literally like an online museum. You can find information about ANY living or extinct organisms, fossils, or geologic eras here. Far from being dry, it has a nice layout and is incredibly interesting to browse through.

Weather Underground You can amuse yourself here endlessly by hitting "Refresh" every 45 minutes or so. Beyond that, it's just generally a spiffy reference.

webcomics

8-Bit Theatre THE FIGHTER DOES NOT LIKE THE ROBOTS. But Azusa likes the Fighter. And the Black Mage, and the Thief, and... well, I digress, but I think everyone who played the first FF has at least done something like this in their heads.

OldSkooled Because I am a sucker for comics featuring hacked sprites of 8-bit characters. Especially when they're actually really funny, and gratutiously reference "Faxanadu."

weird junk

Disturbing Auctions Had it not been for this page, I would not have known about the existence of such unique items as the Santa Toilet Seat Cover, the Wienermobile Pedal Car and Stinky the Conch Shell Pelican. Whether this is a good thing or not remains to be seen.

I Hate Clowns Because they ARE evil. Deep down, you fear their demonic grins, bright red noses, and beady little eyes. You are not the only one.

Japanese Engrish This page has provided me with hours of near-endless amusement. I feel Coke and sound special. (And yes, all of these products are real. My dad actually owns a jar of "Creap"...)

MegaHAL Sadly, the great, wise and powerful deity known as MegaHAL has been taken away from us in his online incarnation. However, you can still download your own copy here.

Mr. T Versus Everyone um... I find this bizarrely amusing, but that's just my odd sense of humor. The "Mr. T versus FF7" is particularly noteworthy.

Shinji's Vault of Anime MiSTings A very good place to go if you ever want to feel better about your own writing.

Zany Video Game Quotes NOTE: "Zero Wing" is not funny any more, you joke-stealing bastards. However, there is still quite a lot of amusing stuff here.
