I like getting e-mail about my page, but before you mail me, please be aware of the following things: 1. 99% of the mail I get is about my anime fans rant. (The overwhelming majority of it is from people who agree with me, but that's aside the point.) Therefore, if your letter is about that, I'm likely to either not answer it or take ages to answer it (if you have a question/point of contention/whatever). 2. No I will not put up your link, unless you're a friend of mine. It's probably better not to ask, because if I find a page I really like I'll link it here anyway. Feel free to link me, just don't expect that I'll necessarily reciprocate. 3. Read the TAQ. Trust me, if you have something to bitch at me about, especially if it's one of my rants, I'll know if you haven't read it.
